Our
support staff will appreciate you providing as much information as
possible about the problem you have encountered, including your details
of your operating system, the browser you are using, type and speed of
your internet connection, etc.
EXTENDED SUPPORT SERVICES
Where
support requests do not relate specifically to the inteRAD's WPP
service - for example, if you wish to obtain detailed technical help to
extend the features of your platform or add custom features -
inteRAD is happy to offer full support at our usual chargeout rate of
$120.00 per hour, with a $30 minimum charge per incident.
You may obtain charged support by email, or by making prior arrangements to speak directly with a technician by phone.
All support requests will be responded to within 2 business days. Where
a support issue is likely to incur charges, you will be advised in
writing, with cost esimates supplied, and invited to confirm your
request for assistance, before any charges are levied.
